Tappy New Year!

Hello, everyone! Happy New Year to all of you! We are so glad that 2020 is over and have hopes that 2021 will be a year of healing and life slowly getting back to normal. I have made the decision that I will resume in-person classes approximately 2 weeks after I have received both doses of the vaccine. I obviously have no idea when this will happen, but hope it will be sometime in the next few months. This first in-person session will be available for registration once I know when I will be able to receive the vaccine. So stay tuned to future emails regarding schedule and registration. Until the infection rate is under control, in-person classes will still follow the guidelines we laid out several months ago to help insure that everyone is safe. These guidelines includes setting our capacity to 25% of normal (6 people per class, maximum), require that everyone wear a mask at all times, perform symptom and temperature checks at the door, require that all participants pay in advance and have their space in class reserved in advance to minimize the handling of cash and credit cards, and leave ample time between classes for cleaning and sanitizing.

Next Virtual Session Begins Friday, January 8th!

Our next virtual session will begin on Friday, January 8th. As with our previous virtual sessions, there will be 7 lessons for each class level. Lessons will be emailed each Friday beginning January 8 and ending February 19.

If you are interested in taking our virtual classes, you have several options to pay for them. We have a Virtual Lesson 7 Class Package available for $80 which is good for all 7 lessons for a session. You can also use your regular class passes and flex-passes for virtual classes. Each virtual lesson is the equivalent of 1 in-person class. So you will need 7 classes available on your pass in order to receive all 7 lessons for a given class. You can purchase class passes by clicking on the desired pass below:

The Single Class Pass is good for one in-person class or a single individual virtual lesson.

The 5 Class Flex-Pass is good for 5 in-person classes, or 5 individual virtual lessons, or any combination of in-person and virtual lessons that totals 5.

The 10 Class Flex-Pass is good for 10 in-person classes, or 10 individual virtual lessons, or any combination of in-person and virtual lessons that totals 10.

The 20 Class Flex-Pass is good for 20 in-person classes, or 20 individual virtual lessons, or any combination of in-person and virtual lessons that totals 20.

The 50 Class Flex-Pass is good for 50 in-person classes, or 50 individual virtual lessons, or any combination of in-person and virtual lessons that totals 50.

The Virtual Lesson 7 Class Package is good for 7 Lessons (one session) of virtual classes. All classes must be the same level and same session.

Once you have purchased your pass, you can either register for the class you would like on our Wellness Living site or email me at mary@w2wdance.com with your class selection. If you are not comfortable using our Wellness Living system, please email me and I can handle your registration for you. Be sure to include a phone number and best day/time to call you should I need to collect payment information over the phone.

Previous Virtual Session Classes Available

In addition to the virtual classes for this coming session, we have all of the previous session virtual classes available. If you are interested in purchasing any of these, you can use any of your class passes. You will need 7 classes available on your passes in order to receive the entire package. If you do not have 7 classes on your account, we recommend purchasing the Virtual Lesson 7 Class Package. Email me at mary@w2wdance.com with your class selection or if you need help purchasing your pass. The 7 Class Package will be emailed you.

Rewards!

Are you familiar with our REWARDS program? Every time you spend money at our studio or attend a class (including virtual classes), you earn rewards points that can be traded in for studio merchandise or class passes.

We have recently lowered the number of points needed for our various pieces of merchandise. Each piece of merchandise is now just 500 points! This includes t-shirts, tank tops, water bottles, tote bags, etc. The only exception is if you want a Wall-2-Wall Tap Dance Center face mask, which is available for just 100 points! You can check your reward point value on our Wellness Living site or email me and I can look it up for you! Email me for more information at mary@w2wdance.com or to schedule a time to pick up your rewards!
